Your private guide meets you at your Reykjavík accommodation for a day covering Þingvellir National Park, the Geysir geothermal area, Gullfoss waterfall and Kerið crater. Because it is a private tour, there is room for extra stops or a slower pace.

Your guide drives you around the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, with highlights that can include Ytri Tunga, Búðir, Rauðfeldsgjá, Arnarstapi, Lóndrangar, Djúpalónssandur, the Saxhóll crater and Kirkjufell, before the drive back to Reykjavík.

About the Iceland private tour package

This 5-day private package is built around a Reykjavík base, with your own driver-guide and vehicle for three full days of touring. You choose your own accommodation, so you can pick a hotel or apartment that suits your group and budget.

On arrival your private driver meets you at Keflavík Airport and takes you straight to Reykjavík, leaving the rest of the day free to settle in. The three touring days cover the Golden Circle, the South Coast and the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, each starting and ending at your accommodation, with the guide able to adjust stops to the weather and to what your group wants to see.

Because the vehicle and guide are private, the pace is set by you rather than a fixed bus schedule. Optional activities such as a glacier hike or the Katla Ice Cave can be added to the South Coast day, and extras like snowmobiling or a food tour can be arranged for an additional cost.
