What the trip planner does

The Iceland trip planner turns a list of tours you like into a day-by-day plan you can book. It is free, it works without logging in and your plan stays on your own phone or computer.

It knows how long each tour takes, where it starts and which months it runs, so it can tell you what fits on one day and what does not. It is built and run by a local travel agency in Iceland, and the tours in it are the ones we sell on this website.

How it works

  1. 1. Save the tours you likeTap the heart on any tour, ticket or package. It is saved on this page, on this device, with no account and no login.
  2. 2. Put them on your daysChoose your arrival date and how many days you have. Add tours to the days yourself, or let the planner arrange them: a full-day tour gets a day to itself, short ones share a day when their times fit.
  3. 3. Check times and pricesWith your dates in, the planner shows the exact price of every tour for those days and tells you when a tour does not run that day or two tours do not fit together.
  4. 4. Book it all, or ask a localBook every tour in your plan with one payment, or send the plan to us and someone on our team in Iceland checks it and answers your questions.
