About the Hveragerði zipline double ride

Mega Zipline sits above Hveragerði overlooking the Reykjadalur valley, and this ticket gives you both of its rides. You start with the Conventional Ride, sitting in a harness for a controlled 1 km flight, then move to the Superman Ride, where you lie face-down for a faster, headfirst descent.

The two rides give quite different feelings: the first lets you take in the view at a comfortable pace, while the second is closer to a fairground thrill, with some riders reaching high speeds on the descent. Two lines run side by side, so groups can race each other down.

The whole visit takes about two hours including gearing up, briefings and both rides. It is a meet-on-location activity in Hveragerði, about 45 minutes from Reykjavík, with no transfer included.
